Project Summary
One of ChopValue’s microfactories is in Vancouver. Local restaurants, retail, and commercial spaces can become recycling partners and add to their waste management. ChopValue collects the used chopsticks weekly and processes them to make beautiful and durable furniture with a positive impact on the environment. At the time, the program had already helped save almost 12,000 TCO2e emissions.
