Project Summary
The Zero Energy & Emissions Building Learning Centre (ZEBLC) at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) is a living laboratory designed to demonstrate advanced building systems that achie ve net-zero energy and emissions performance. The facility supports applied learning, research, and industry collaboration by allowing students, faculty, and professionals to study real-time building performance, energy systems, and low-carbon technologies. ZEBLC plays a key role in advancing workforce skills and knowledge required for the transition to low-carbon buildings in British Columbia.
